During their summer sales rally, real estate group Keller Williams Prosperity hires a mechanical bull, inviting agents and partners to participate as means of creating culture and community within their brokerage. Amidst a competitive market and limited real estate inventory, Keller Williams Prosperity has been thriving among other real estate firms. Ron Aiosa, on the top photograph, is one of the co-owners of the Keller Williams franchise that started in Wayne, NJ and now has two addiitonal locations in Sparta and Oakland. He continues to draw more agents than his buildings can hold as he creates an attractive office environment that produces top sales in his industry.

Commuters during an evening commute in the village of Banaue, Philippines. Buses allow for tourists to visit the village of Banaue, which is known for its rice terraces. However, one must take a tricycle or motorbike to be able to access all that Banaue has to offer.
Tour guide and tricycle driver, “Ninong Noel” takes tour groups to and from the bus depot and the Banaue Rice Terraces. Noel climbs up and down steep mountains in only his slippers.
Customers get their monthly haircuts at two separate barbershops in Harlem, New York City. Barbershops in Harlem serve the community in more ways than one, offering customers a safe space to share stories and encourage community. “I see some of my clients grow up to be young men,” says Dennis Morgan, barber at Just Smile barbershop. Morgan stresses the importance of being willing to listen as some of his clients open up.

A volunteer greets church-goers as they enter Liquid Church, a non-denominational bible-based church in Parsippany, NJ that claims their goal is to “saturate the state with Jesus Christ.” Liquid Church is one of the fastest growing churches in the state as many leave their traditional churches in search of a closer relationship with spirituality.
